The gameplay in Tooth Fairy Horse Caring is very simple: your job is to help some fairies, owners of what looks like a stable of wonderful horses, and take care of these beautiful animals, which are in a sorry state. So, in the first part of the game, your job is to clean the stables, get rid of spiders, replenish the barley and straw on the ground, kill the flies and spruce up the place.

Then, one by one, the different horses in the stable will come, all of which will be in terrible condition: their manes full of leaves, their coats dirty, their horseshoes ruined... It will be your task to clean their manes of weeds, wash their coats and put new shoes on them. Once you've restored the animal's beauty, you'll have to saddle it, and here, you can choose among different blankets and designs, both for the saddle and for the animal's mane, anklets, and so on. Finally, you will need to choose the carriage that the horse will be coupled to.
